If you’d like to remove small specific areas of fat, such as those in the ankles, knees, armpits, arms, and above and below the bra, you can benefit from LipoSelectionsm.
LipoSelectionsm by VASER® (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance ) uses the latest patented technology and advanced surgical techniques to remove fat from your thighs, hips, abdomen, love handles, knees, back, arms, neck and chin.
Why is it different?
LipoSelectionsm uses ultrasound energy to break up and remove fat deposits from the body. Fatty tissue contains blood vessels, nerves and connective tissue as well as a large percentage of fat cells. Ultrasound energy selectively breaks up and emulsifies fat, while leaving other structures relatively intact. That means LipoSelectionsm typically causes minimal pain and little bruising or swelling.
LipoSelectionsm by VASER® is both efficient and precise. In fact, ultrasound energy is so precise and specific that the technology has been used to remove brain tumors and cataracts.
How it works
During the LipoSelectionSM procedure, small incisions are made in the area to be sculpted. A special saline solution is infused through them to numb the site, shrink blood vessels, and enhance emulsification. Emulsified fat is then readily removed with suction and massage.
Is LipoSelectionsm right for me? The results you can expect
If you are healthy and looking for a fast solution to your excess fat deposits - a solution that patients typically report as involving low pain - you may be a good candidate for LipoSelectionsm by VASER®. Although there are limits to the amount of fat that can be removed, we can assist you with your decision about potential areas for reshaping, the results you can expect and the recovery process.
